James Buchanan is a multi-published author of homoerotic romance. Currently, James has several stories nominated for the Gaylactic Spectrum Awards. His novella Twice the Cowboy was the 2006 Preditors & Editors First Place Romance Short as well as the 2007 Golden Rose Best Novella. James grew up in a small Southwestern town, hours away from any other small Southwestern towns. A stint at the State University, where he ostensibly majored in English, garnered him a degree useful for being someone's secretary. The absolute lack of employment opportunities led James to Southern California . After a stint in County Mental Health (administration, not client) he ran screaming into the field of Law. James has been practicing for nine years and someday he might even get it right.

Lee Rowan isn't big in biographies. Here's the quote on Lee's LiveJournal site: “Life is no brief candle to me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got hold of for the moment, and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations." --George Bernard Shaw

Kiernan Kelly writes m/m erotic romance, usually threaded with humor. Anyone who knows her knows that Kiernan has a thing for cowboys (it’s been concluded that it’s the hat and the chaps), but has written themes that have ranged from vampires to werewolves, from Knights of the Round Table to angels and demons, from Amish men to mountain men.
Pretty much, as far as themes go nothing is safe.
Kiernan doesn’t pussyfoot around a violent scene if it’s necessary to the plot. If there’s a murder in the story, chances are its not going to happen “off-stage.” Then again, neither will the sex. It’ll be there in all its glorious, hot, explicit detail.
At the moment Kiernan has several stories and a few books in various stages of completion, including a novel that features an Amish man and an Arabian Sheik, entitled – tentatively – Cornfed. Kiernan's wrapping up a short story about a time-traveling Viking, and working on a series of novellas that tell the tales of a community of shifters - wolves, bear, eagles, even a were-rhino.
You can find links to all her works at her website, www.kiernan-kelly.com .
